Aqua Clara: Our Aqua Clara Room is 800 sq ft and can accomodate 50 people classroom style, 65 people banquet style and 75 people theater style.
Blue Crane: Our Blue Crane Room is 620 sq ft and can accomodate 35 people classroom style, 50 banquet style and 45 theater style.
Del Mar Grande Ballroom: Now Open!; 3800 sq ft - this room will features a state of the art sound system and lighting (built In DJ booth). This room will seats up to 300 and has a built in bar, prep kitchen, and all the amenities you would expect from the newest banquet and meeting facility in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area. Aqua Blue Ballroom: Combine our Aqua Clara and Blue Crane for larger functions and seat 94 classroom style, 80 people banquet style and 120 theater style.
Board Rooms: (Pictured above): Our Board Rooms can accomodate up to 10 people comfortable with a large conference table with high back leather swivel chairs.
Gulfside Board Room Includes White Board and hard wire for internet connection.(pictured)
Bass Board Room Includes private bathroom, refrigator & microwave, white board, small screen.
Hospitality Suite: The Bayside Hospitality Suite combines a elegant meeting atmosphere with a full size wet bar, dining area and living room with a leather sleeper sofa. Also includes microwave and refrigerator. Adjoining sleeping room available at additional fee.
